How to order your products.
You can order via our internet shop which is quick and easy using your debit/credit card via PayPal which is 100% safe and secure. alternatively you can send us a letter stating the correct name of the product (as stated on this website) with a cheque made payable to Major Magic. your goods will then be dispatched when the cheque has been cleared. Thus delaying your order up to a week.
Ordering Online
Ordering online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. The PayPal system we use is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order, as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Return / Exchange Policy
We will only exchange or refund items if they are damaged or have parts missing on arrival and we are notified by email or phone within 48 hours of you receiving the item. You will then have 10 (ten) days to return the item, if we do not receive the item in those 10 (ten) days then you will not get the item exchanged or refunded. We will NOT exchange items if it is not what you wanted or you already have one. Remember you are not just buying a trick you are buying the secret.
Delivery
We will send out any orders same day if we receive the order before 2pm. Any orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day by first class post (standard Royal Mail) unless the total of your order is over £35.00 or if stated otherwise.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the products pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change of price; you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Out Of Stock Items
Any items out of stock when you order them, and we can not get hold of the item within a couple of days, you will be immediately notified and we will refund your money.
Guarantee
All orders will be checked before they are dispatched. If your item, when received, is damaged or has missing parts please contact us within 48 hour.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, email or by snail mail (letter via standard post) then it will be dealt with promptly ( we will reply within 5 (five) working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
